The status of all RAMS within the system can be viewed through the RAMS table.
- Log into HammerTech (if you are not already logged in), then navigate using the left hand menu > RAMS > View All.
- A list of all your RAMS will appear with those that have been Accepted listed at the top. To filter the list, Select > the blue filter button on the top right hand side of the screen and filter by
- Status - All, Accepted, Rejected, Pending Review, No longer In Use
- Risk Category - High Risk (if applicable), other.
- Only Shared RAMS or Exclude Shared RAMS
- To see only a list of those waiting for approval from the main contractor, go to RAMS > Review Pending.
- Note: If two stage RAMS review has been enabled, you will see your company's RAMS with the status of Pending Initial Review followed by Pending Final Review, before they will be Accepted.
- Click on the appropriate RAMS to view further information such as when and who the RAMS was approved by.
- The Nominated Representative (Foreman) will also receive an email regarding the change in status of the RAMS
