Online Registration and Induction (Workers)

PLEASE NOTE: Workers do not need a login to complete their registration or induction in HammerTech. Everything is done through the Public Page.

Step 1 - Start your Registration

1. Go to the builder's public HammerTech page:
   • The URL will look like: builder-name.hammertechonline.com
   • Do not search on Google or add "www." before the link - these sites are private and cannot be found that way
2. Select your project (or search for it)
3. Click Begin Registration
4. Enter your personal details and complete the reCAPTCHA
5. Click Register
6. Enter the verification code you receive via SMS and click Verify
   • if you don't receive the code within a minute, click Resend Code

(optional) Step 2 - Interpreter Assistance

If you require interpretation:

1. After verifying the code, select Yes when asked if an interpreter is required
2. Enter your interpreter's name and contact details
3. Click Submit to continue
4. After you complete the induction, the interpreter must sign an acknowledgement confirming they translated the content accurately

Step 3 - Complete the Registration

• First-time worker: continue to full registration
• Returning worker: update existing licences/cards/tickets if required
• Details don't match: if your mobile number matches a profile in the system but your name/date of birth do not match the profile, either correct the details or create a new profile

Click Submit Registration to complete the process.

Step 4 - Complete the Online Induction

If the builder requires an online induction to be completed, you will be taken to the induction page.

1. Click Start Induction
2. Review all the slides/videos provided
3. Complete all the tests provided
   • If you fail a test, you'll be returned to the start of that section
4. When completed, your Unique Worker ID (a 6-digit code) will be shown and sent to you via SMS - note it down for site entry
5. You can also view the Project Public Page for key site info (weather, PPE requirements, etc.)

Add or Update your Licences

If you need to add new licences or update expired ones at any point:

1. Go to the builder's public page (builder-name.hammertechonline.com)
2. Select your project, then click Begin Registration
3. Enter your details and verify your phone number
4. Click Update Details
5. Choose Add Licence to add a new licence, or Update to edit existing licences
6. Once finished, click Submit
