- Log into HammerTech (if you are not already logged in), then navigate using the left hand menu > JHA > View All to list all JHA created.
- Choose the JHA you wish to modify and Select> the blue settings button on the top right hand side of the screen (cog symbol) > Edit.
- Under Digital Copy, Select > Choose File and upload the amended JHA.
- Note: this is called a Material Change. When a Material Change has been made, users that have been configured to receive notifications will automatically be notified via email, text and the Notification window.
- Make sure the Material Changes option has been ticked.
- Make any other required edits to the page and Select > Save Changes.
- Click Confirm to indicate that the JHA contains Material Changes.
- Note: this JHA will now be available for review and approval by the Site Safety Manager.
Update Rejected JHA to send Review/Approval
- Log into HammerTech (if you are not already logged in), then navigate using the left hand menu > JHAs > View All to list all JHA created.
- Choose the Rejected JHA you wish to modify and Select > Options in the top right hand side of the screen (cog symbol) > Edit.
- Under Digital Copy, Select > Choose File and upload the new amended JHA.
- Make sure "Are JHA Updates material changes?' is ticked to process JHA for re-review.
- Make any other required edits to the page and select Save Changes.
- Click Confirm to indicate that the JHA contains Material Changes.
- Confirm Indicated SWMS contains Material Changes, so the Updated SWMS is sent back to the Main Contractor and status is back to Pending Review.
