You can raise Observations directly in HammerTech.
Note: the general contractor must enable specific Observation Types to be raised by Employer users. If you can't see any, contact the general contractor managing the project.
Raising an Observation
- Log into HammerTech and select the project
- Go to Observations
- Click the + on the top right
- Complete the form:
- Upload photos
- Select an Observation Type
- Choose a Classification: Positive, Neutral, or Negative
- Add a description
- Select a Location
- Assign to your company, or leave unassigned
- Mark as Not Yet Resolved or Already Resolved
- Choose Priority and confirm Due Date (by default pre-filled based on Priority)
- If raising multiple Observations in a row, choose to Add Another and lock any fields you want to carry over
- Click Create
