Create a Booking
- Go to Booking > Apply
- Fill out the Booking details:
- Booking Type
- Booking Zone
- Time
- Description
- (optional) Mark the Booking as recurring and set the pattern
- Select Submit for Approval
Create a Booking from Calendar view
- Click an empty slot to open the Apply window
- Fill in the required fields (Booking Type, Booking Zone, start and end times)
- Select Submit for Approval
Edit a Booking
- Go to Bookings > View All
- Find and select the Booking
- Select Options > Edit
- Make the necessary changes and select Save Changes
The changes you make will need to be re-approved by the general contractor.
View or Edit a Booking from Calendar View
- Hover over the Booking to view the main information
- Click on the reference number to view additional details
- Hover over the Booking and click the pencil icon to edit
Cancel a Booking
- Go to Bookings > View All
- Find and select the Booking
- Select Options > Cancel
- If the Booking is recurring, choose whether to delete/cancel all future Bookings
Note: when you cancel a Booking, the record of it still remains in the system.
