As a subcontractor Primary Contact or Nominated Representative, you can manage your company's profile and assign representatives in HammerTech.
Edit Employer Details
- Log into HammerTech and select your project
- Go to Employer > View Details
- Click Options > Edit
- Update business details such as:
- ABN
- Physical and mailing addresses
- Insurance certificates (e.g. Workers Comp, Public Liability)
- Click Save Changes
If Insurance fields are not visible, please contact the general contractor to learn how you should submit your certificates.
Assign Nominated Representatives
You can assign up to three Nominated Representatives (e.g. foremen) per project to represent your company on-site.
- Go to Employer > View Details
- Click the + next to Nominated Representative (this option appears only if at least one worker has been approved)
- Select a worker from the dropdown (worker must have a valid email address)
- Click Add to confirm
The worker will:
- Be added as a project user
- Receive an email invitation to create a password if they don't already have one
