Logging in as a Primary Contact or Nominated Representative (Employer Users)

PLEASE NOTE: Workers do not need a login.

Only Primary Contacts and Nominated Representatives have a login to the HammerTech system to manage their company's details, workers, and documents.

Logging In

1. Go to the general contractor's public HammerTech page (it will looks like general contractor-name.hammertechonline.com)
2. Click Login
3. Enter your email address and click Continue
4. Enter your password and click Log In

If you work with multiple builders, your login and password stay the same across all systems.

Forgot your password?

1. Go to the general contractor's public page and click Login
2. Enter your email address and click Continue
3. Click Forgot your password?
4. Confirm your email and click Reset Password
5. Check your inbox for the email from HammerTech with a link to reset your password
6. Once you click on the link, check your inbox for a second email containing your temporary password
7. Go back to the general contractor's page and log in with your temporary password
8. Once logged in, create and confirm your new password
