A QR code can be generated for equipment to allow authorized operators to inspect the equipment.
Prerequisites:
- equipment oriented and approved
- worker listed as an Authorized Operator (or has the correct license) for the equipment
- worker-led inspections enabled for the Inspection Type
Downloading QR Codes
- Go to Equipment
- Select the equipment
- Select Download > Export QR for Equipment (for a QR code active across multiple projects) or Export QR for Project (for a project-specific code)
Completing the Inspection
- Scan the Equipment QR code
- Verify your mobile number with the code sent via SMS
- Select Inspection Type (if multiple are available) and enter Inspection Description
- Complete the checklist and raise Observations as needed
- Submit the Inspection
Workers do not need to log in to conduct Equipment Inspections - their identity is verified via the SMS verification code sent to their mobile.
