⚠️ Administrative person working for the company (e.g. business owner, office admin)
⚠️ Rarely site-based | Initial point of contact
✅ Can:
✅ Login to HammerTech
✅ Submit records for approval (e.g. RAMS, SDS, Equipment)
✅ Assign own workers to RAMS
✅ Resolve assigned Observations (actions)
❌ Cannot:
❌ Complete an Induction
❌ Sign into site (record hours worked)
❌ Sign SWMS
❌ Sign Meetings (e.g. Pre-starts)
❌ Sign Permits
❌ Sign Safe Plan of Action
❌ Be associated to Equipment

⚠️ FIRST must be an approved, inducted worker before being able to add as a Nominated Rep
