1. Log into HammerTech and select your project.
2. Go to Site Diary > Today’s Progress.
3. Enter:
- Number of workers on site
- Number of visitors (non-inducted one-off attendees)
- Total hours worked (e.g. 7am–3pm = 8 hours)
- Daily progress notes
4. (Optional) Upload progress photos.
5. Click Save Changes.
Tip: Submit updates daily to give site management a clear record of subcontractor progress and workforce numbers.
