Observations are easily viewed and managed through the HammerTech system, providing a range of management and reporting solutions to aid in the timely resolution of any Observations.
Filter your view:
Use the filter to refine the list of Observations you wish to view
Note: The filter will retain your most recent settings, even if you navigate away from the screen. The retained settings are not carried over to other projects and are unique for each project.
Sort viewed Observations:
Sort the list by clicking on any of the column headers (and click again to reverse)
Glance at Overdue times:
Use the Status column to know exactly how overdue Observations are at a glance.
Search for a specific Observation:
Find exactly what you're looking for by searching via the smart search
Quick access to photos:
View and fix photos directly from the list view. Click on the thumbnail to expand and scroll through
Resolve and Comment:
Access all these options via the three dot menu
Exporting all Observations in the current view:
Use the Download button to export your list to either a spreadsheet or a PDF

Setting Up Dashboard
An easy way to stay up to date with Safety Observations is to track them through your Dashboard.
- Log into HammerTech
- Select My Account > Dashboard Settings
- Select Today's Actions from one of the Dashboard drop downs
You will be able to view the below details, including Site Numbers, Unresolved Critical Observations, Overdue Observations, Unresolved Observations (Total), Pending Review Items, and Workers With Expiring/Expired Licenses
From here you can select one of the options from the Details column which will take you directly to the relevant item that requires action. For example, by clicking Not Submitted next to Site Numbers, you will be taken to the Daily Report to update your Subcontractor Progress and add worker hours.
