This article is to show you the step-by-step process on how to modify a workers details and information after a worker has been inducted.
As a primary contact or nominated representative, you can modify workers' details or add details that may not have been entered during the initial induction process.
To Modify Details Captured During Induction
- Log into HammerTech (if you are not already logged in), then navigate using the left hand menu > PERSONNEL > All Workers.
- Select the worker who's details you need to modify.
- Click on the options cog in the top right and select edit (if you are not already in edit mode).
- Modify the required details and select Save Changes icon at the bottom of the page.
Note: You may need to request access to confidential data from the main contractor if you need to edit a worker's personal contact details and license information.
