👤 Primary Contact (Subcontractor User)
⚠️ Administrative person working for the company (e.g. business owner, office admin)
⚠️ Rarely site-based | Initial point of contact
✅ Can:
✅ Login to HammerTech
✅ Submit records for approval (e.g. SWMS, SDS, Equipment)
✅ Assign own workers to SWMS
✅ Resolve assigned Observations (actions)
❌ Cannot:
❌ Complete an Induction
❌ Sign into site (record hours worked)
❌ Sign SWMS
❌ Sign Meetings (e.g. Pre-starts)
❌ Sign Permits
❌ Sign Pre-Task Plans
❌ Be associated to Equipment

👤 Nominated Rep (Subcontractor User)
⚠️ FIRST must be an approved, inducted worker before being able to add as a Nominated Rep

✅ Apply for Permits & sign workers onto Permits / SWMS
✅ Resolve assigned Observations (actions)
⚠️ Nominated Representatives are always site-based representatives managing Subcontractor work crews
⚠️ Can have up to 15 Nominated Reps per Employer per project
