Create a Pre-Task Plan
Go to the Project and click New Pre-Task Plan.

Enter the required details:
Work Date & Time
Employer
Title
Description
Then click Create.

Complete the following sections (swipe left on mobile to move between sections):
Location: Enter the location of the PTP
Tasks, Hazards & Controls: Add the task, identify hazards, and include control measures
Attendees: Add signed-in workers and other attendees
Observations: Enter observations and click Submit
Review all details for accuracy before finalizing.

Click Save to keep a draft (can be edited later), or Submit to finalize the plan.
Once submitted, editing may be restricted depending on project settings.
Submitted PTPs will be sent to the Main Contractor for approval.
