View Observations
- Log in and select a project
- Go to Observations
- Use the Filter button to narrow the list down by:
- Status
- Date raised
- Date due
- Date resolved
- Source
- Priority
- Category
- Type
- Classification
- Location
- Employer Function
- Use the Filter button to sort the list by a specific field
Export Observation list
After filtering the Observation list, you can download it by clicking the Download button and selecting the format of the file - PDF or Spreadsheet.
Resolve an Observation
- Go to Observations
- Find the Observation you want to resolve
- Click on the three dots button, then choose Resolve
- Upload the fix photo and add comments
- Click Mark Resolved
The resolution is then sent to the main builder for review and approval.
Dashboard View
- Add Today's Actions to your Dashboard to track unresolved, overdue, and pending items
- From the Dashboard, click any item in the Details column to jump directly to the Observation page
- Alternatively, add My Outstanding Observations to your Dashboard to view all outstanding Observations assigned to you
