Start a New Inspection

1. Log into HammerTech and select your project
2. Go to Inspections > Start New Inspection
3. Select the Inspection Category (if configured) and Type
   1. if no Inspection Types are available, please contact the main builder to make them available for your company or this project
4. (optional) Enter an Inspection Description
5. (optional) Select a location
6. Click Create

If the Inspection Type is linked to Equipment, Permits or Workers, you will be prompted to select those as well.

Checklists

• if Checklists exist for the Inspection Type, they are added automatically
• to add more, click Add Checklist
  • if you don't see the Add Checklist option, please contact the main builder to make the option available
• to assign a Checklist to a location:
  • expand the Checklist
  • click the cog button > Assign to Location
