- Go to Pre-Task Plans > Create New
- Enter Work Date & Time and Title
- Select Create
(optional) Use HammerTech Intelligence (HTI)
- Upload audio/video of the pre-task briefing (MP3, M4A, MP4, etc.)
- HTI will auto-fill:
- Tasks, hazards, and controls
- Free text and yes/no fields
- Review and confirm all fields before saving
Complete PTP Form Manually
- Add Description of Work
- Add Location
Tasks, Hazards, Controls
- Click Add Task
- Use existing or create new task
- Add or edit hazards and controls per task
- Allocate Assignees if needed
Add:
- Associated Permits, Equipment, SWMS
- Workers via Signed-In list, Personnel dropdown, or manual entry
- Observations (if applicable)
Click Submit to complete submission, or Save as Draft to return to the form later.
